Many women and even men often discuss this question “What makes a woman beautiful?” with the people around them. a beautiful woman has been defined in so many ways. The definition of beauty has varied throughout time, various cultures and the vastly different perceptions of the world. Beauty has been described and depicted through pictures and concepts penetrating our minds. Beauty is often distorted, misunderstood and shadowed by a wide amount of conflicting pressures.

So, What makes a woman beautiful?

1. Beauty doesn’t come from your makeup bag.

Many women think that the key to beauty lies in the bottom of their makeup bag. There are a million and one reasons why women believe this: they’re judged on their appearance, pop culture and mass media support those judgments, and big business makes its money off shamelessly promoting the before and after effects of their miraculous products. The truth is, being beautiful doesn’t come from a lipstick tube, mascara wand or blush brush.

2. Women should learn to love their lives.

Work, study, fitness and so on are essential parts of a woman’s life. If this woman often gives a feeling of decadence and tiredness, the woman has no attraction. She has no success at work, nor much fun in life. Before going to work or shopping, make a simple makeup, dress well, listen to a soothing and pleasant music, these tiny changes will make your day more energetic. When someone asks about this question, you can answer them or answer yourself through your own actions. Confident, happy, energetic women are more beautiful.

3. Being sexy doesn’t mean being beautiful.

Something that the human race has forgotten. Beautiful is often used synonymously with hot or sexy. This is not the case. No body fat and inhumanly large breast do no make a girl beautiful. Beauty is a pure, non-sexual thing. It comes from the right combination of personality, confidence, and (of course) physical attraction. A beautiful woman has a glow that issues forth and attracts people.

4. Love your skin equal to love yourself.

Everyone knows at least one woman with seemingly perfect skin. Every time you see her glowing face, you think, Seriously, how does she do it? Your skin has a natural barrier to retain moisture, and essential to that is omega-3 fatty acid. Flax seeds on your salad or even walnuts will be an instant boost to your omega-3, thus increasing your skin’s ability to hold onto moisture.

5. Drink water at all times to ensure metabolism of the body’s skin.

A lack of water means less radiance and more sag. You should drink around eight glasses of water a day. Don’t just watch out for the sun — getting too close to heaters and fireplaces can also wreak havoc on your skin.

6. Fitness really makes women happier and more beautiful.

30 minutes of exercise a day can really increase your body and brain’s vitality. Everyone keeps talking about fitness but they don’t do it themselves. Why should I stay tired and exercise every day?  This is the most common question that most women or men who have just started exercise say to themselves. But the answer is nowhere else. The answer is to stick to the changes that have taken place in your body after a month. But the answer to this question is not elsewhere. The answer is to insist on the changes that have taken place in your body after a month.

Frankly speaking, what makes a woman beautiful? it’s all about your insides and how well you look after yourself. Yes! You need to be mindful of the essential aspects of your diet, your habits, your lifestyle and your skincare routine. If you have even one of these elements messed up, the effects will inevitably reflect on your health and your overall appearance.
